Aberdeen Neighborhood

Aberdeen is a family-oriented neighborhood. Situated near 21st Street North and 119th Street West, it's in the Wichita city limits but part of the Maize school district.

Our residents are mostly professional couples with children, although there are many retirees and families without children. On a warm summer evening, it isn't unusual to see families out walking their dogs, children whisking around their cul-de-sacs on scooters, and games of pick up basketball in driveways.

The Aberdeen home owner's association hosts a couple of clean up days each year, an annual neighborhood garage sale, and a neighborhood-wide get together. We're active in making sure our neighborhood and the surrounding area is beautiful, clean and safe.
