Generally located between Central Avenue, West Street, 13th Street and Sheridan Avenue.  Everyone living within these boundaries is a member of the association. Business owners within these boundaries are also included in the membership.

Our organization is working hard to make the neighborhood better every day.  One of the things we have worked on is getting the remaining dirt streets paved.  Joanne Street, Bickel Street, 8th Street and Gow Street have been completed.  We have also gotten the entrance markers on West Street at 11th and at Del Sienno Streets rebuilt. 

We meet on the third Tuesday of each month.  Our meetings are held at Felipe's Restaurant.  It is located at 3434 W. Central. The meetings are at 7:00 P.M. and everyone is invited to attend.  We celebrate National Night Out each year at Black Elementary School.  We have a cookout, games and live entertainment on the school playground.  In December we have our Christmas party.

We have a monthly newsletter that is delivered to every house in the neighborhood at no charge.
