Maple Dunes Home Owners Association

Maple Dunes  Home Owners Association consists of 134 homes and includes the sub-divisions of Maple Dunes, Pine Ridge and White Rock Villas.  Residents of White Rock Villas have a dual home owner's association obligation as they consist of 20 maintenance free Patio homes with their own HOA.  Maple Dunes Home Owners association is bounded on the West by 135th Street, on the South by Maple Street and on the North and East by the Rainbow Lakes HOA's.  We are located 15 minutes from downtown Wichita and 10 minutes from the Mid-Continent Airport.  We are also within walking distance to a Dillons Grocery Store and a Walgreen's Pharmacy.

Maple Dunes Home Owners Association offers many amenities, including a swimming pool, basketball court, a large recreational lake, walking paths, playground area and a small park.

Maple Dunes Home Owners Association has several area wide activities yearly, including Easter Egg Hunts, annual area wide garage sale, annual block party at the pool, and spring and fall cleanup days.
