Timber Ridge

Timber Ridge is located in northwest Wichita. This association is located just southwest of Maize and 21st Street behind the Westlink Christian Church. We are close to the New Market Square shopping center and have many fine restaurants in close proximity.

There are many doctor and health care facilities located close by with pharmacies also within easy reach. Area food stores include Dillons and Wal-Mart Super-mart. Entertainment includes the 17 screen Warren Theatre, family oriented activities at All-Star Sports (including driving range, go-karts, miniature golf, game room, and activity room), bowling alley, and the large new shopping center, New Market Square.

Our homeowners are family-oriented. We have a wide age range within our association. Homeowners get together for neighborhood garage sales, barbeques, and recreation. Often times you will see whole families fishing around one of our five catch and release lakes. It's been known to have 12-pound bass or catfish caught by some angler, mostly those who are smaller than the fish.

We maintain a clean and friendly neighborhood by working together and completing projects that the homeowners request. We maintain a safe and happy environment for families. Timber Ridge is a place we are proud to call "home"!
