| Annual Dues |
Your annual dues are due June 1, 2010. Dues are $150.00. Please remit to Timber Ridge Home Owners Association, PO Box 9314, Wichita, KS 67277-9314. |

| Boats, Trailers, Etc |
| Boats, trailers, and other recreational vehicles can only be stored on your property inside your garage with the door able to be shut. These types of vehicles may only be in your driveway for 48 hours. We are all one of 266 homeowners and everyone wants our neighborhood to look neat and orderly and for everyone to be following the rules of the group. Thank you. |

| Initiation Fees Amendment |
The By-laws change to increase the amount of the initiation fee from $50.00 to $100.00 passed. The new rate took effect April 1, 2008. |

| New Homeowner Initiation Fees |
| When joining the Timber Ridge Homeowner Association for the first time, there is a one time $100 initiation fee. |
